How Can I Stay on Track....

Ok, we have been held hostage because of the ice situation here. We did manage to get out last night and attempt to go to Target. Well we got there are 7:30 and they WERE CLOSED!!! SMH.. It is just so sad that the good stores were closed. I didn't even try to make it to Walmart, but I may try tonight.

I am not sure if we will be out again tomorrow because there is supposed to be snow again tonight, so we will see what happens.

I have to say that it is hard staying on a diet when the only thing that you can do is sit in the house. I have been trying to stay on track, but I admit it is hard. I am making a conscious effort to do the right thing. I seriously doubt that I have lost any weight this week, but I know for sure I have not gained, so that is good right. The good healthy foods are available but I can not get to them.

Lets see what the next couple of hours with the weather. Wish me luck :o)

    @Brea, yes it is hard indeed :o). I am trying really hard. It snowed this morning so hopefully tomorrow will be better then I can get out a bit.
